Fraternal Order of Police (FOP) & July 4, 2019

I do not know what exactly FOP memberships are made of, and what its rules, honor codes, and mission statement are.

It has a wide and varied membership, including many profit and nonprofit corporations' CEOs, leaders of governments, and politicians, as well as former and current law enforcement personnel, military personnel, intelligence officers, and first responders.

So why am I bringing this particular organization to the forefront? 

This is due to the fact that a former president of one of this organization's chapters is someone I firmly believe to be one of the numerous primary players behind attacks on me over the last six years.

The majority of my attackers came from the rogue-criminal members of the FOP and its members' various labor unions' members: for-profit, NGOs, or non-profit corporate executives, politicians, government employees, (former) law enforcement or first responders, (former) intelligence, or military service members.

These FOP member attackers may not have been the actual executioners, but rather a planner, a sponsor, and a person in charge of such attacks on me for the past six years.

This may explain why the attacks on me over the past six years have had the characteristics of well-organized nationwide and now internationally coordinated attacks involving hundreds of attackers that were made up of uniformed police officers, plain-cloth detectives, firemen, EMTs, MPHs, CPAs, attorneys, doctors, nurses, insurance brokers, bankers, politicians, lobbyists, clergymen, and ethnic community leaders.

The rogue-criminal FOP members must have been stretched out to this part of the world, Korea, by family ties to international drug and human trafficking cartel members who are deeply entrenched and embedded in their respective local political, law enforcement, military, intelligence, and international corporate and religious apparatus in both Korea and the US.

It is nearing the time of the Golden Harvest Moon Holidays (Lunar Calendar August 15th), when large numbers of people travel to see and enjoy gatherings with family and friends.

These are also convenient times for hired criminals to move about hidden, inconspicuously.

As it happened twice during the July 4th holiday, I become very apprehensive of my surroundings when a major holiday nears.

It happened for the first time, around 8:00AM on July 4th, 2019,  at the intersection of Satellite Boulevard and Old Norcross Road, Duluth, Georgia. 

I was driving this route to go to Johns Creek to help one of my family acquaintances and his friend (a Dog-Year 1958 person) to move a refrigerator, into a newly vacated house that morning.

In my rough count, I have at least five Dog Year 1958 people and their younger siblings in Atlanta and Chicago who I believe strongly are behind many deadly coordinated attacks on me with criminal law enforcement, first responders, and other institutional terrorists and local gangs.

The significance of this date comes from my belief that this was the very first date on which rogue first responders and law enforcement began attacking me in the form of entrapment criminal frauds.

A: Where my car stopped on red traffic signal, ready to make left turn onto Satellite Blvd.

B: This was the location where a SUV and a big rig Trailer Truck, possibly 18-wheeler appear to have been collide in minutes earlier. Both vehicles appear to to flipped to side, both facing north.   

C: This was where a police cruiser and a police officer was standing.

There were no traffics because it was the July 4th morning and the roads may have been empty because it was blocked off in a far ahead on both side of Satellite Boulevard by a police cruiser (I could only see one side of Satellite Blvd because of uphill inclined north side) and a policeman standing there a far from the actual accident location. 

My car was first one at the intersection from Old Norcross Road side (probably first one and only one in my lane). A bit later approaching from behind our car was a Fire Truck Engine blaring its siren to reach the accident scene.

The nearest Fire Station from this intersection was less than about 1/4 miles from the intersection. The nearest Police Station was even closer, few hundred yards from the intersection on Satellite Blvd.

The scene was so surreal, almost appears to be training exercise if there was not for an Asian woman, possibly Vietnamese, appear to be wandering about in total shock. There were no others.

We were saved by the red traffic lights just a nick of time at that intersection, preventing an entrapment fraud intended to destroy us, severely injure us or kill us.

I believe that this was the starting point of the active law enforcements' and firefighters' criminal involvements that ensued after that date, July 4th 2019, until today, from Georgia to Illinois then in Korea to destroy me using their professional fraternal networks and labor unions to conceal their failed previous organized criminal entrapment fraud attacks to destroy me and profit from my life debilitating injuries and possibly death.

And something I notice about these criminal attacks is that these potential criminal activities almost always occur at borderlines between two different jurisdictions, cities, counties, states.

As it was the same way on July 2, 2021, two (2) years later, it was a contract hit job sponsored by my corporate and personal enemies.

From that date, July 4th, 2019, on, I became their primary target for destruction by their executioners. 

The executioners were all connected criminally to Law Enforcement, Fire Departments, EMT, Bankers, Politicians, Lobbyists, Insurance, Law, Real Estate, fraternal organizations of their professions.

Incidentally, I had the real estate closing of the sale of my house in the building that sits right next to this intersection and faces this intersection. My closing happened a month later, on August 12, 2019.

The second time was July 2, 2021. This one I addressed it separately many times on my blogs.

For July 4th 2019, I am saying it for the first time, because everything now starts clicking and making sense.

I wonder if there is any way to retrieve video images of that intersection that long ago, records of news articles, insurance claims, police reports, or hospital records from this accident. 

What I am describing today is what I saw with my own eyes on that morning around 8AM, July 4th 2019 for the very first time.   

Now, everything started clicking in my head of what really happened that morning and how close I was to being framed for insurance fraud, criminal entrapment fraud, physically entrapped, injured, and possibly murdered in the process.

I am reaching out to anyone who has read my blogs, especially my former co-workers, neighbors, and church members (temple, synagogue, tabernacle, mosque, places of worship), family foundation members who may know more about the original plotters and sponsors of this domestic terror campaign against me.

Regardless of how much you dislike me, I urge you to step out of that darkness of hell and do something good for yourself, for your salvation, for your soul, and for your conscience.

Institutional Terrorists, Criminally Linked Labor Unions (Korea & Illinois) *

I believe that I have finally solved the mysteries of the real street-level attackers—those who have harassed me endlessly, stalked me, sabotaged me, and laid so many entrapment criminal frauds on me that could have led to deaths, injuries, and being framed for insurance payouts.

Following are examples of RICO crimes staged by international crime cartels based in labor unions in Illinois conducting RICO hit operations with the aid of Korean counterparts.

These criminal labor union members were not the ones who initiated the hit contracts on me or funded such hit contracts; they were simply the street-level executioners of such hit contract jobs.

1. All those people at the roadblock were union members including that East Asian police officer who trailed me, people wearing "POLICE" vests including once my co-worker at the roadblock and the Illinois Department of Transportation traffic signal repair contractors, probably under the protection of the same union.

2. All these people in Korea who were trying to run us over may have been union members, too. 

 

3. These four Individuals near at Northwestern Campus, CTA bus Drivers, that beat-up MP tagged van driver, and that young Driver who tried to cause an accident were all likely Union members.

4. Two Korean stalkers from Skinner Park in Chicago who showed up in Yakmok, Korea, on August 11, 2022, may also have been union members.

 
Take note that within this picture, you will see a trade union building called "Painters District 14," and not in the picture, but "Chicago Police Training Academy" is right next to Skinner Park, and that green track field within the picture is also called "Michelle Obama Athletic Field." Michelle Obama's alma mater high school is Whitney M. Young High School. Also, right next to this park is a "fire station." 

This was an area where one of the highest numbers of harassment and stalking activities occurred. Just a mile south of Skinner Park are many headquarters' buildings for many trade and labor unions. I think people call the place "Union Place." I may be wrong on this.

 

This is why I am suspecting these two Korean stalkers from Skinner Park, Chicago, who showed up in Yakmok (약목), Korea, work for labor union-related business, related to the FBI Crime Lab nearby, students at the University of Illinois at Chicago Circle, related to Rush Hospital, or related to the Police Training Academy. 

And these two Koreans may be dual citizens who were born in the United States. Those kids who were from Korean mothers who only just traveled to and stayed in the US to give births.

There are two groups of dual American citizens in Korea: one group is the ones I described above, born in the US; the other is the group that retakes Korean citizenship after relinquishing it earlier in their lives when they become naturalized American citizens.

For example, there are many Israeli citizens who are also American citizens. Many senators and representatives in the US Congress are American-Israeli dual citizens.

The only problem with these dual citizens is their loyalty. This becomes a tricky matter when their job requires total loyalty and secrecy to one country.

I often wonder aloud where their loyalty lies when the two countries' interests contradict each other.

I believe many of my attackers are dual-citizen institutional terrorists.

5. All those people who harassed and stalked me and tried incessantly to injure me and kill me on the roads in Illinois, Georgia day in and day out for the past seven years, were also union members.

 

 

6. All these criminals, police officers, firefighters, EMTs, who were trying to entrap me with criminal frauds in order to protect their criminal paymaster in both countries were also likely union members.

 

 

I am very sure I am missing out on many Union members who actively attacked me for the past seven years, but basically all those criminal law enforcers, firefighters, EMTs, MPHs, auto insurance fraudsters via vehicular mobbing, and nurses who incessantly attacked me in forms of criminal entrapment frauds for the past five years may have been union membered workers.

The State of Illinois is probably the strongest unionized state among the fifty (50) states of the United States while Georgia has almost none.

 

And now, I am finding out that Korea is one of the strongest and most unionized nations in the world. 

 

And these days, I am finding this out in its most brute form that I may have been targeted by Korean labor unions because I was critical of few of their union members who harassed, stalked, threaten me are employees of quasi-governmental public corporations, law enforcement, and first responders.

I was harassed, stalked, and subjected to threats and their criminal entrapment fraud attempts by these union members ever since I saw those two dubious Korean stalkers from Skinner Park in Chicago in Yakmok (약목), Korea, on August 11, 2022.

 

They appeared to be deploying the same types of criminal activities against me as I was subjected to in Chicago and Atlanta.

In the US, they failed because they knew what they were doing was illegal and getting too risky and dangerous for them because I was not going down as they had expected.

They realized that they were quickly becoming RICO criminals from government employees with top-level security clearances.

They may have thought it would be much easier to finish the job in Korea for their corporate and power-networked benefactors in the US who requested, demanded, and funded it, as well as who could help these institutional terrorists advance professionally and profitably.

The single most predominant reason for me to come to Korea was to get away from those US-based organized crime cartels, the Mafia, made up of various ethnic gangs, who were making our lives impossible and dangerous.

 

Yes, I did come here to avoid those scumbag RICO criminals in the US. That was the main reason for me.  

For my wife, it was more spiritual reason. She had her mentor (absolutely not my mentor) in Yakmok, Korea.

But that proved to be my wishful thinking. They, the RICO criminals, were already here, they all prepared to receive me here in accordance with their pre-arranged RICO criminal contracts with American counterparts.

And those two Korean stalkers from Skinner Park in Chicago were their liaisons for this criminal purpose of getting rid of me, totally destroyed literally or figuratively, in Korea. 

They have also failed here, like their American counterparts have failed in the US, because they have underestimated me just like their American counterparts. They thought it would be very fun for them to attack me, who is completely at loss in my native country.

I fully intend to expose all these criminals who sought my demise regardless of where they are and have them pay dearly for their crimes against me.

 What is RICO?

And there are unexplainable connections between these two corporations. Now both KORAIL and LX (한국국토정보공사) under Department of Transportation, I believe there are some unknown criminal links between two Departments of Transportation - Illinois and Korea - that have targeted me for past six years.

Korea Land and Geospatial Informatix Corporation (한국국토정보공사) and USIC (US Infrastructure Corporation).

There seem to be some connections between these two Underground utilities lines locator service companies and their employees who attacked me in the form of stalking threat activities in Gainesville, Georgia, Tinley Park, Illinois, in the US, and Yakmok, Korea.

I do not say this accusation lightly but there seemed to be Korean counterparts doing some sort of same type of criminal biddings on behalf of my personal and corporate enemies in the US.

There, at the corner of this intersection, is a big silver colored metal box that had above logo. All those vehicles parked at that location were IDOT contractors, all members of trade unions (an electrical/electronic contractor and its employees) vehicles

I had many instances of these companies' employees or contractors in odd places, odd circumstances, and odd timing in both in the US (Georgia, Illinois) and now in Korea.

Is there anyone who knows me personally who is also connecting the dots between these organizations?

In these organizations, I am suspecting there were people in high places with close ties to my personal or corporate enemies.

And they could have been doing their biddings - a personal or corporate vendetta against me.

I have a strong suspicion that there are people in both countries who are deeply intertwined in attacks to destroy me.

And I hope that they should realize that they are now deeply into the territory of interstate-international crime cartel-like criminal activities where they have to be committing bank-wire frauds, possibly money laundering frauds employing local gangs and other locally recruited institutional terrorists to attack me.

In addition, they should realize that when they fall, they will fall very hard because of their positions of influence and power. Whether or not they personally directed their minions to commit crimes does not matter.

Death Cults

Premeditated fraudulent, criminal entrapments by rogue-criminal employees of law enforcement and governmental authorities to destroy and injure their targeted individual's life and aid in premeditated murders for their personal profit or personal-contracted vendetta should be punished severely for their gross criminal abuse of public trust.

CEOs, SVPs, CPAs, MDs, JDs, Politicians, Lobbyists, and anyone else in a leadership or positions of influence, publicly trusted or fiduciary roles who participates in premeditated crime or order criminal hit jobs should be severely punished. 

It is for this reason that I frequently mention the US RICO Laws.  

And, I am counting on the presence of US Attorneys (USA) and Assistant US Attorneys (AUSA) who will do their oath-sworn-in jobs in their constitutionally mandated offices in the end.

There are ninety-three U.S. Attorneys (USA), and any one of them can take on these internationally roaming interstate RICO criminals and render the justice these RICO criminals truly deserve.

I am attacked by rogue-criminal politicians, lobbyists and their clients, wealthy individuals, rogue-criminal first responders and law enforcers, ethnic-centric fanatics, faith-mind control-based NGOs and death cults, and corporations that fund death cults committing RICO hate crimes.

With sporadic attacks, pauses, and resumptions, I am beginning to understand what these groups are made of. These groups are members of death cults. In order to coordinate their criminal fraud attacks, multiple RICO gangs, including death cults, share criminal resources and expertise.

 

Here is my own definition of death cults. 

 

The simplest way to describe them is that they are, at first, criminals who specialize in murdering, injuring, and defrauding innocent, chosen, targeted individuals for profit. 

 

These death cults (RICOs) are actively taking criminal hit contracts from each other as part of criminal resources-expertise sharing, depending on ethnicity and geography, and for use of their readily available manpower everywhere in the United States and overseas, whether recruited, contracted, or shared.

Secondly, I say these criminals are death cults because they legitimize their crimes of murdering, injuring, and defrauding innocent, chosen, targeted victims.

Those belief systems are governed by the teachings, membership cohesion, encouragements, or direct orders of their cult leaders (RICO gang bosses and captains).  

These leaders brainwash their followers into believing that what they are doing—murdering, injuring, and defrauding chosen targets, targeted individuals—is for the goodness of whatever their leaders' preaching and teaching of "the goodness or the righteousness."

These are the hate crimes that are committed to retaliate against their intended targets based on their hatred for their targeted individuals, per contract hit job, and criminal resources expertise sharing contracts, all because of language, geography, and legal status limitations, and the abuse of such illegal status by their leaders as part of their revenue-generating criminal activities.

Among their criminal specialties are insurance frauds, auto insurance and life insurance frauds in particular, that involve defrauding, injuring, and murdering their targeted individuals, and during their subsequent processes, related bank-wire interstate commerce frauds and sabotages, and their related real estate and business take-over frauds through criminal fraud entrapments, threats of bodily harm and murder, extortion and intimidation, and therein additional liens, wills, estates, and probate frauds.

 

Then, there are also a number of smaller-ticket criminal specialties that profit from retaliation hit jobs, financial frauds, and neighborhood-based daily sabotages of life-sustaining activities, such as harassment, stalking, bodily threats, intimidation, and vehicle mobbing.

These are the most insane, craziest, and most dangerous groups of mentally disturbed individuals, cults' members, out there because they honestly believe themselves and what they are doing—defrauding, injuring, and murdering their targeted individuals through various means—are good and righteous things to do.

In reality, however, either knowingly or unknown to themselves, these RICO foot soldier criminals are supporting their lives and enriching their criminal RICO organizations' captains, "capos," and their leaders, "bosses," through these insidious psychopathic sadistic premeditated criminal activities, criminal fraud entrapments, that target their RICOs' enemies or revenue-rich targets, mostly isolated vulnerable old individuals with mobility issues, but have considerable assets, i.e., paid-off houses, bank accounts, and investments.

They evade criminal prosecutions by constantly moving about through their extensive networks across the United States and other countries, including countries of their own birthplaces, with the very likely participation and help of various jurisdictional law enforcement criminals.

 

They are employed everywhere; many work at their RICO members managed-introduced temporary jobs, multi-national corporations as part of their overseas assignments, ethnic grocery stores. Often, they are used in illegal activities—all sorts of frauds (insurance), vehicle mobbing, and entrapment criminal fraud activities.

 

Their existence in the US is often traced to locally recruited, employment-related oversea transfers, and victims of human trafficking.

Corporate Retaliation - Personal Vendetta - Hate Crime - Contract Hit Jobs Ordered by RICO Gangs in the US

I am selectively combining these three posts, where these three posts are so closely connected. 

They, combined together, best describe retaliation-hit contract jobs that were ordered by RICO criminals in the US. I was and am still under their attacks in Korea ever since I came to this country in April 2022 until today.

This group of RICO gangs is made of mostly Korean criminals with ties to a few other ethnicities (Caucasians and Blacks, probably tied to the US military installations in the area 칠곡군, Camp Carroll, Chinese, Southeast Asians (Filipino, Vietnamese), and Southwest Asians (Indians, Pakistani, Bangladesh).

The vanguard group of these attackers, especially those criminals trying to defraud me criminally, many appear to be law enforcement, first responders, and their local gang members.

Behind these attackers, I am quite sure there are power-networked individuals, (former) politicians, (former) high-ranking government employees (law enforcement and first responders), and multinational or (former) quasi-governmental public company corporate executives who are somehow connected to the clan men of the 7th KCIA Chief and those Dog Year attackers in Atlanta and Chicago.

I strongly suspect these criminals are closely connected to those Koreans without mentioning their names, who were born in 1958, 1946, the Years of the Dog, and who were deeply involved in attacking me in Atlanta and Chicago.

I want to add one very vicious group of attackers to this list: this uncle's longtime friend, probably his high school friend ㅡ in Chicago (Skokie, Niles, Des Plaines, Glenview, Buffalo Grove), whose name I won't mention here, but this friend's whole family, including this friend's (ex)wife, one-time live-in partner of this uncle and business partner, this friend's daughter, this daughter's friends, especially ones in law enforcement (state level) and a MPH in a renowned international public and business consulting firm), and my co-workers in Vining, GA, and this friend's son, and this son's girlfriend (wife), one-time my co-worker in LaGrange, GA—in Chicago and Atlanta—were deeply involved in attacking me for many years, from Atlanta, Chicago, and Korea, probably from the very beginning of these attacks on me on December 8, 2017.

And there may be cousins in Korea and in the US whom I did not know I had from this uncle's previous complicated marriages in Korea.

His ex-wives, his biological son(s) (this cousin may use Dutch-American surname) and daughter(s) somehow bent their angers on me instead of properly directing their angers to the real culprit, their father and their ex-husband who has abandoned them. 

This cousin's profession may be a male nurse, an EMT, a fireman, an instructor of some sort of emergency medical training, or a licensed pharmacist in the US. 

And I probably already met him once in a park where we go almost daily for walking near the place where we live today in Korea, sometime in October, November, or December 2023. 

And if this uncle had another younger son, not from the same mother, this son was an attorney who lived or worked near Lilburn, Georgia, in 2018.

And there is a likelihood that one of his children is gay, with politically powerful gay friends in Chicago, Atlanta, and Korea.

I have worked at places where many of my co-workers were gay. I have nothing against them, but they do often harass their co-workers, and a few were very vicious and vile in their temper.

I am not accusing them of anything, but I suspect there is a very strong possibility they could have been involved in these pernicious attacks on me that were carried out throughout the last seven years in the US and in Korea.

I was also victimized by this uncle by being allowed to barge into our lives in 2005. This was the whole and sole reason why I and my brother-in-law could not stay in partnership, building a successful business, and ended up giving up all our control of the company to him and to his live-in partner at the time who was also related to his long-time friend in Chicago I mentioned him in length in this blog.

I had never met her, his live-in partner, before that time 2005. And we all have taken his words at face value that he was a divorced man at the time.

Now, I am not sure whether he was actually divorced man at the time, seeing all these pernicious attacks coming from people related to him.

Now that I know that he was just not an honest man, let alone a trustworthy business partner, I should have never believed anything coming out of his mouth.

He was just sort of that type of person—a troublemaker all his life for our ancestral family—very intelligent, very high IQ, but a big troublemaker none the less.

I did not fully comprehend until very recently, because now I see many attackers over the last seven years who were related to him by previous marriages, live-in partnerships, and his long-time friend in Chicago, whom I mentioned in length in this blog.

They, along with their relatives and their business associates, even probably owned at least two houses very near to ours in the same subdivision around 2017 for this planned retaliation, stalking, spying, illegal electronic eavesdropping, information gathering, and criminal entrapment fraud purposes. I have lived in the same subdivision for over 20 years. 

There were several hidden criminal activities, mostly organized harassment, stalking, vehicular mobbing, insurance fraud, threat of bodily harms, criminal fraud entrapment activities targeted me were occurring these periods (2017 - August 12, 2019). 

The participants in these criminal activities were largely made up of local ethnic gangs, which may have included (former) law enforcement and first responders.

Especially, I want to point out that this daughter, who was also a CPA like me, her friend with an MPH (Master of Public Health—worked at a renowned international public and business consulting firm), and a few state or federal law enforcement officials may have had close business or co-worker relationships with at least two or more of the executives and employees of the employer where I worked as a contracted employee for over two years in Vining, GA.

She also worked at one of the major Korean conglomerates in Korea. 

She probably secured that job with helps of my fateful enemies in the US. 

She also worked very closely with ethnic Southwest Asian (Indian) businessmen in California in the past.

I have noticed that there were many unknown, unexplainable hostilities coming from individuals in the States of Virginia, Massachusetts, and California, places where I never really spent time.

I may have spent little over 100 days of all my life—almost hundred days in San Diego USMC boot camp, Twenty-Nine Palms, California in the 1980s, and Virginia and Massachusetts which I only passed through a few times.

She could also be tied to one (male) of the two dubious individuals I have mentioned in my blog. 

Both worked at the same bank, one of the biggest banks in the US, one as an international banking specialist and the other in bank branch operations. This was also the main bank of mine with the most transactions in Georgia.

These same individuals in the US, including the Dog Year people I have mentioned, are somehow deeply involved in criminal attacks on me in Yakmok, Chilgok-gun 칠곡군 약목면, Korea, too.

I am very and completely sure their family members (relatives and in-laws), along with many other attackers in the US and in Korea, have very strong family ties to this small town, Yakmok (칠곡군 약목면), Korea. I always felt their presence near where I lived in that small town (April 2022–April 2023).

I eagerly moved away from that miserable town once my one-year lease expired.

This particular group of family members and their in-laws are also closely connected to these two dubious individuals I saw at Bunker Hill Park in Chicago on March 29, 2021, and these two Korean stalkers from Skinner Park in Chicago I saw in Yakmok, 약목, 칠곡군Korea, on August 11, 2022, through this uncle and his in-laws and his live-in partners in the past.

** These two dubious characters I saw at Bunker Hill Park Chicago were:

One Caucasian male in his 40s who was also an acquaintance or a church (I used it in general terms; it could be a synagogue, temple, tabernacle, or other place of worship) related friend of my old co-workers in the same department I worked in Vining, GA (April, 2013–January, 2016). I was quite stunned by it. 

How did they, my co-workers in Vining, GA, in 2015 know about this guy I saw in Bunker Hills Park in Chicago in March 29, 2021? 

This tells me that my co-workers (at least two (2); there could be a lot more) in Vining, Georgia, knew about this individual long before I saw this individual in Chicago on March 29, 2021.

My co-workers showed me a photo of this guy with a prominent facial feature one day in 2015. 

This guy probably has a Polish surname and is about 40s in age, a son of a long-time family friend and business associate. He may also have worked at the family company handling its finances as Finance Manager.

I can't remember the exact context behind why they brought this photo to me and showed it to me so nonchalantly and with bemusing smiles. I wondered about it then, and I still do not know exactly why. 

But now I think I begin to understand why. This was all part of the show-off, just like serial killers leaving their marks brazenly at their crime scenes and taunting investigators to catch them.

Yes, that is the same type of mischievous human ego that often puts many people into big trouble.

This happened so many times in the past six years, when many of my old Georgia neighbors, co-workers—Atlanta (one or two), Vining (more than one, at least three, not counting their family members), La Grange (two Koreans), GA, and other acquaintances—popped up in the wrong places at the wrong times in Illinois. I think they all enjoyed it very much, seeing me bewildered and stunned.

The other was a Korean woman in her 50s, a medical doctor type, who is likely related to one of my old classmates from KyeongBok high school, 경복고 1학년14반 in 1975, and a friend and a relative to those Dog Year (1958) attackers in Georgia. 

She was also found in a photo on the internet of a medical group; for its name sake, this medical group must be located near the major hospital in the West Loop, Chicago, which had about 20 individuals of multi-ethnicity - Caucasians, Black, Korean, Southwest Asians (Indian), and Southeast Asians (Thai).

These were all young in their twenties and early thirties except this Korean woman.

Another Korean, a man in his 30s, in the photo was either a brother or a son of one of those "Dog Year 1958 people" whom I strongly suspect were behind many attacks on me, along with many of his Dog Year 1958 friends in Atlanta and Chicago, along with many others who are a few years younger than them. Their professional backgrounds are in insurance, real estate, and attorneys.

I was born in the Year of the Boar (1959 Chinese calendar year), so they are either one year (1958) or thirteen years (1946) older than me. 

Just because you are not one of these "Dog Year" people I have mentioned, do not think you are off the hook. I know all of you and what you have done to hurt me. 

You all had no remorse whatsoever for setting me up as a fall guy, sending an innocent man to tailspin into total destruction—insanity, injury, and painful death. 

I won't have any remorse whatsoever for helping send you, sadistic psychopaths and criminals, to jail to pay for your crimes of irreversibly ruining, maiming, and murdering an untold number of innocent people.

I am very sure that I wasn't the first or only target individual for whom they attempted to destroy my life and my wife's life collaterally.

All these criminals I have mentioned throughout my blogs probably destroyed many lives and may have maimed and murdered an untold number of their targeted individuals in the process.

Two Korean Stalkers from Skinner Park, Chicago

I'm bringing up this old post upfront because I think it might address a lot of the questions I've had over the past seven years.  

There are individuals who have a close personal stake in ruining my life. And those folks have a close relationship with these two Chicago-based Korean stalkers.

After my encounter on August 11, 2022 with the same two Korean stalkers (in their 30s, males) from Skinner Park in Chicago, in a small Korean town in KyeongBook (경상북도) Province, where I lived at the time,  I had numerous strange, intimidating, life-threatening, and dangerous activities directed towards me and to my wife collaterally.

What is the likelihood of seeing the same two Korean men I saw in Skinner Park in Chicago a year or two earlier, who appeared to be stalking me at the time in Chicago, in a small town I lived in out of tens of thousands of towns in Korea?

It was intentional on their part because we were on one of our few routes of daily walking on a sidewalk leading to Doomanji (두만지), a small reservoir, when they popped right in front of me from a few steps away, out of nowhere, just about in the same area as the photo shows below. Their eyes gazing at me. One of them had very distinct, unmistakable, easy-to-recognize, slant eyes. They may have thought that was a fun thing to do, but to me, it was an extremely startling and traumatic experience.

In retrospect, I am almost 100% certain that they are native sons of the town. Their brothers, parents, and relatives live in the same town. They could be related to the 7th KCIA Chief's ancestral family or their in-laws. That town is the ancestral home town of the Shin family (평산 신씨).

Add a few of the Kyeongbok (경복) High School alumni who do not appear in these charts. There are alumni associations for KyeongBok High School across the country, with chapters in Chicago and Atlanta among them.

And I came to believe that KCIA and its 7th Chief played crucial roles in my immediate family's demise then, and now to my demise as an individual half a century later by descendants and their clan men of Shin Jik-Soo.

The surnames of Shin, Cho, Hyun, Kim, Jung (Chung), and Lee are the ones that really caught my attention when I looked at these charts, for different reasons.

I may even have my own nexus with these conglomerates through my own one-time and my wife's several past employments headed by former employees or relatives of these conglomerates.

In July 1966, my mother was laid to rest in an unmarked grave on the mountainside of the family-owned mountain. 충청남도 서천군 비인면 율리. 

This is the same town as his, Shin Jik-Soo, birthplace. Many of my personal enemies today had very close relationships with his family and his close relatives attending the same grade school, 비인 국민학교. 

I strongly suspect my mother and my grandmother's deaths were in some ways attributed to the rogue KCIA agents under his control, murderers, decades ago.

I am going back to the very first date and the very first incident that gave me the awareness of my hidden enemies, institutional terrorists, who have worked so hard to get rid of me in most sadistic and heinous way possible for many years. That is to drive me off the map to insanity, incarceration, and total incapacitation.

I am very pleased to inform you, institutional terrorists and RICO gangs, that you have failed miserably. Yes, you have failed miserably as far as duping me to my complete destruction or death.

Now, I am fully aware of who you are, even if I didn't mention you by names. You know I really can't mention you by any names, but you know who you are.

It is now your time to worry about yourself—a possible 20 years sentence, forfeiture of all your ill-gotten assets, additional penalties and interest, and liable for civil lawsuits from all your victims in the past—not about your bosses, or your criminal enterprises. 

You should be hoping your co-conspirators in the same criminal enterprise haven't committed any other serious RICO crimes you do not know about.

And now to all law enforcers at all levels, I ask you to do your job as you have sworn-in to do.

Knowingly overlooking, ignoring, or even encouraging other law enforcement and first responder criminals in the form of illegal criminal entrapment fraud that often leads to premeditated murders—which is a serious crime in and of itself—could be viewed as a flagrant breach of your sworn duty, betraying the confidence of the public in you to uphold their constitutional rights and the nation's Constitution, which you have sworn to defend by assuming your positions.

I am asking you, any duty-bound legitimate law enforcers—the US Attorneys and the Korean Equivalents—to do your job as you have sworn into your office to uphold the Constitution of your country!

In conclusion, I can only say that these attacks on me over the past seven years may have been planned as early as 2000 because my co-workers in Atlanta at the time were also connected to these Dog Year attackers and their business associates in Chicago.

And these attacks continue on.

For how long I do not know.

There is no one I can turn to for help. I have been completely surrounded by my enemies, including many law enforcement and first responders, for the past seven years, and that situation hasn't changed.

The only allies I have are my blogs, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, and the hope that one of these days I will have a duty-bound, bona fide, legitimate, honorable law enforcer (US Attorney) who will look into my long and difficult odyssey recorded in my blogs and take action.
