I am selectively combining these three posts, where these three posts are so closely connected.
They, combined together, best describe retaliation-hit contract jobs that were ordered by RICO criminals in the US. I was and am still under their attacks in Korea ever since I came to this country in April 2022 until today.

This group of RICO gangs is made of mostly Korean criminals with ties to a few other ethnicities (Caucasians and Blacks, probably tied to the US military installations in the area 칠곡군, Camp Carroll, Chinese, Southeast Asians (Filipino, Vietnamese), and Southwest Asians (Indians, Pakistani, Bangladesh).
The vanguard group of these attackers, especially those criminals trying to defraud me criminally, many appear to be law enforcement, first responders, and their local gang members.
Behind these attackers, I am quite sure there are power-networked individuals, (former) politicians, (former) high-ranking government employees (law enforcement and first responders), and multinational or (former) quasi-governmental public company corporate executives who are somehow connected to the clan men of the 7th KCIA Chief and those Dog Year attackers in Atlanta and Chicago.
Years of the Dog 1946 and 1958
I strongly suspect these criminals are closely connected to those Koreans without mentioning their names, who were born in 1958, 1946, the Years of the Dog, and who were deeply involved in attacking me in Atlanta and Chicago.
I want to add one very vicious group of attackers to this list: this uncle's longtime friend, probably his high school friend ㅡ in Chicago (Skokie, Niles, Des Plaines, Glenview, Buffalo Grove), whose name I won't mention here, but this friend's whole family, including this friend's (ex)wife, one-time live-in partner of this uncle and business partner, this friend's daughter, this daughter's friends, especially ones in law enforcement (state level) and a MPH in a renowned international public and business consulting firm), and my co-workers in Vining, GA, and this friend's son, and this son's girlfriend (wife), one-time my co-worker in LaGrange, GA—in Chicago and Atlanta—were deeply involved in attacking me for many years, from Atlanta, Chicago, and Korea, probably from the very beginning of these attacks on me on December 8, 2017.
And there may be cousins in Korea and in the US whom I did not know I had from this uncle's previous complicated marriages in Korea.
His ex-wives, his biological son(s) (this cousin may use Dutch-American surname) and daughter(s) somehow bent their angers on me instead of properly directing their angers to the real culprit, their father and their ex-husband who has abandoned them.
This cousin's profession may be a male nurse, an EMT, a fireman, an instructor of some sort of emergency medical training, or a licensed pharmacist in the US.
And I probably already met him once in a park where we go almost daily for walking near the place where we live today in Korea, sometime in October, November, or December 2023.
And if this uncle had another younger son, not from the same mother, this son was an attorney who lived or worked near Lilburn, Georgia, in 2018.
And there is a likelihood that one of his children is gay, with politically powerful gay friends in Chicago, Atlanta, and Korea.
I have worked at places where many of my co-workers were gay. I have nothing against them, but they do often harass their co-workers, and a few were very vicious and vile in their temper.
I am not accusing them of anything, but I suspect there is a very strong possibility they could have been involved in these pernicious attacks on me that were carried out throughout the last seven years in the US and in Korea.
I was also victimized by this uncle by being allowed to barge into our lives in 2005. This was the whole and sole reason why I and my brother-in-law could not stay in partnership, building a successful business, and ended up giving up all our control of the company to him and to his live-in partner at the time who was also related to his long-time friend in Chicago I mentioned him in length in this blog.
I had never met her, his live-in partner, before that time 2005. And we all have taken his words at face value that he was a divorced man at the time.
Now, I am not sure whether he was actually divorced man at the time, seeing all these pernicious attacks coming from people related to him.
Now that I know that he was just not an honest man, let alone a trustworthy business partner, I should have never believed anything coming out of his mouth.
He was just sort of that type of person—a troublemaker all his life for our ancestral family—very intelligent, very high IQ, but a big troublemaker none the less.
I did not fully comprehend until very recently, because now I see many attackers over the last seven years who were related to him by previous marriages, live-in partnerships, and his long-time friend in Chicago, whom I mentioned in length in this blog.
They, along with their relatives and their business associates, even probably owned at least two houses very near to ours in the same subdivision around 2017 for this planned retaliation, stalking, spying, illegal electronic eavesdropping, information gathering, and criminal entrapment fraud purposes. I have lived in the same subdivision for over 20 years.
There were several hidden criminal activities, mostly organized harassment, stalking, vehicular mobbing, insurance fraud, threat of bodily harms, criminal fraud entrapment activities targeted me were occurring these periods (2017 - August 12, 2019).
The participants in these criminal activities were largely made up of local ethnic gangs, which may have included (former) law enforcement and first responders.
Especially, I want to point out that this daughter, who was also a CPA like me, her friend with an MPH (Master of Public Health—worked at a renowned international public and business consulting firm), and a few state or federal law enforcement officials may have had close business or co-worker relationships with at least two or more of the executives and employees of the employer where I worked as a contracted employee for over two years in Vining, GA.
She also worked at one of the major Korean conglomerates in Korea.
She probably secured that job with helps of my fateful enemies in the US.
She also worked very closely with ethnic Southwest Asian (Indian) businessmen in California in the past.
I have noticed that there were many unknown, unexplainable hostilities coming from individuals in the States of Virginia, Massachusetts, and California, places where I never really spent time.
I may have spent little over 100 days of all my life—almost hundred days in San Diego USMC boot camp, Twenty-Nine Palms, California in the 1980s, and Virginia and Massachusetts which I only passed through a few times.
She could also be tied to one (male) of the two dubious individuals I have mentioned in my blog.
Both worked at the same bank, one of the biggest banks in the US, one as an international banking specialist and the other in bank branch operations. This was also the main bank of mine with the most transactions in Georgia.
These same individuals in the US, including the Dog Year people I have mentioned, are somehow deeply involved in criminal attacks on me in Yakmok, Chilgok-gun 칠곡군 약목면, Korea, too.
I am very and completely sure their family members (relatives and in-laws), along with many other attackers in the US and in Korea, have very strong family ties to this small town, Yakmok (칠곡군 약목면), Korea. I always felt their presence near where I lived in that small town (April 2022–April 2023).
I eagerly moved away from that miserable town once my one-year lease expired.
This particular group of family members and their in-laws are also closely connected to these two dubious individuals I saw at Bunker Hill Park in Chicago on March 29, 2021, and these two Korean stalkers from Skinner Park in Chicago I saw in Yakmok, 약목, 칠곡군Korea, on August 11, 2022, through this uncle and his in-laws and his live-in partners in the past.

My co-workers showed me a photo of this guy with a prominent facial feature one day in 2015.
This guy probably has a Polish surname and is about 40s in age, a son of a long-time family friend and business associate. He may also have worked at the family company handling its finances as Finance Manager.
I can't remember the exact context behind why they brought this photo to me and showed it to me so nonchalantly and with bemusing smiles. I wondered about it then, and I still do not know exactly why.
But now I think I begin to understand why. This was all part of the show-off, just like serial killers leaving their marks brazenly at their crime scenes and taunting investigators to catch them.
Yes, that is the same type of mischievous human ego that often puts many people into big trouble.
This happened so many times in the past six years, when many of my old Georgia neighbors, co-workers—Atlanta (one or two), Vining (more than one, at least three, not counting their family members), La Grange (two Koreans), GA, and other acquaintances—popped up in the wrong places at the wrong times in Illinois. I think they all enjoyed it very much, seeing me bewildered and stunned.
The other was a Korean woman in her 50s, a medical doctor type, who is likely related to one of my old classmates from KyeongBok high school, 경복고 1학년14반 in 1975, and a friend and a relative to those Dog Year (1958) attackers in Georgia.
She was also found in a photo on the internet of a medical group; for its name sake, this medical group must be located near the major hospital in the West Loop, Chicago, which had about 20 individuals of multi-ethnicity - Caucasians, Black, Korean, Southwest Asians (Indian), and Southeast Asians (Thai).
These were all young in their twenties and early thirties except this Korean woman.
Another Korean, a man in his 30s, in the photo was either a brother or a son of one of those "Dog Year 1958 people" whom I strongly suspect were behind many attacks on me, along with many of his Dog Year 1958 friends in Atlanta and Chicago, along with many others who are a few years younger than them. Their professional backgrounds are in insurance, real estate, and attorneys.
I was born in the Year of the Boar (1959 Chinese calendar year), so they are either one year (1958) or thirteen years (1946) older than me.
Just because you are not one of these "Dog Year" people I have mentioned, do not think you are off the hook. I know all of you and what you have done to hurt me.
You all had no remorse whatsoever for setting me up as a fall guy, sending an innocent man to tailspin into total destruction—insanity, injury, and painful death.
I won't have any remorse whatsoever for helping send you, sadistic psychopaths and criminals, to jail to pay for your crimes of irreversibly ruining, maiming, and murdering an untold number of innocent people.
I am very sure that I wasn't the first or only target individual for whom they attempted to destroy my life and my wife's life collaterally.
All these criminals I have mentioned throughout my blogs probably destroyed many lives and may have maimed and murdered an untold number of their targeted individuals in the process.

Two Korean Stalkers from Skinner Park, Chicago
I'm bringing up this old post upfront because I think it might address a lot of the questions I've had over the past seven years.
There are individuals who have a close personal stake in ruining my life. And those folks have a close relationship with these two Chicago-based Korean stalkers.
After my encounter on August 11, 2022 with the same two Korean stalkers (in their 30s, males) from Skinner Park in Chicago, in a small Korean town in KyeongBook (경상북도) Province, where I lived at the time, I had numerous strange, intimidating, life-threatening, and dangerous activities directed towards me and to my wife collaterally.
What is the likelihood of seeing the same two Korean men I saw in Skinner Park in Chicago a year or two earlier, who appeared to be stalking me at the time in Chicago, in a small town I lived in out of tens of thousands of towns in Korea?

In retrospect, I am almost 100% certain that they are native sons of the town. Their brothers, parents, and relatives live in the same town. They could be related to the 7th KCIA Chief's ancestral family or their in-laws. That town is the ancestral home town of the Shin family (평산 신씨).

Add a few of the Kyeongbok (경복) High School alumni who do not appear in these charts. There are alumni associations for KyeongBok High School across the country, with chapters in Chicago and Atlanta among them.
The surnames of Shin, Cho, Hyun, Kim, Jung (Chung), and Lee are the ones that really caught my attention when I looked at these charts, for different reasons.
I may even have my own nexus with these conglomerates through my own one-time and my wife's several past employments headed by former employees or relatives of these conglomerates.
In July 1966, my mother was laid to rest in an unmarked grave on the mountainside of the family-owned mountain. 충청남도 서천군 비인면 율리.

I am going back to the very first date and the very first incident that gave me the awareness of my hidden enemies, institutional terrorists, who have worked so hard to get rid of me in most sadistic and heinous way possible for many years. That is to drive me off the map to insanity, incarceration, and total incapacitation.
I am very pleased to inform you, institutional terrorists and RICO gangs, that you have failed miserably. Yes, you have failed miserably as far as duping me to my complete destruction or death.
Now, I am fully aware of who you are, even if I didn't mention you by names. You know I really can't mention you by any names, but you know who you are.
It is now your time to worry about yourself—a possible 20 years sentence, forfeiture of all your ill-gotten assets, additional penalties and interest, and liable for civil lawsuits from all your victims in the past—not about your bosses, or your criminal enterprises.
You should be hoping your co-conspirators in the same criminal enterprise haven't committed any other serious RICO crimes you do not know about.
And now to all law enforcers at all levels, I ask you to do your job as you have sworn-in to do.
Knowingly overlooking, ignoring, or even encouraging other law enforcement and first responder criminals in the form of illegal criminal entrapment fraud that often leads to premeditated murders—which is a serious crime in and of itself—could be viewed as a flagrant breach of your sworn duty, betraying the confidence of the public in you to uphold their constitutional rights and the nation's Constitution, which you have sworn to defend by assuming your positions.
I am asking you, any duty-bound legitimate law enforcers—the US Attorneys and the Korean Equivalents—to do your job as you have sworn into your office to uphold the Constitution of your country!

In conclusion, I can only say that these attacks on me over the past seven years may have been planned as early as 2000 because my co-workers in Atlanta at the time were also connected to these Dog Year attackers and their business associates in Chicago.
And these attacks continue on.
For how long I do not know.
There is no one I can turn to for help. I have been completely surrounded by my enemies, including many law enforcement and first responders, for the past seven years, and that situation hasn't changed.
The only allies I have are my blogs, the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act, and the hope that one of these days I will have a duty-bound, bona fide, legitimate, honorable law enforcer (US Attorney) who will look into my long and difficult odyssey recorded in my blogs and take action.
